Our Terms

Deliveries

All wholesale orders, whether placed on our website or purchased via manual invoice are subject to a 7 working day dispatch period. Unless otherwise specified. The dispatch period will incur after the receipt of payment. Free delivery applies to all orders of 1 box. Each subsequent box required will incur the standard fee (£5.60 for Domestic and £8.00 for European orders).

All international orders will be shipped via UPS, the cost of this will be quoted to you before the order is placed. (Please note that the price will vary dependent on location, weight, amount and also times). Wholesale orders may be collected from our store provided a collection date has been pre-arranged.

Returns

Any order that is unsatisfactory, damaged, incomplete or incorrect can be returned to us for a refund or replacement. Providing none of the items have been opened or sold. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Notes

If you would like to become an authorised distributor of Drip Hacks, please let us know, we will need your company details to do so. 1 and 5L One Shots will be available to purchase via our wholesale account on our website. All other products will have to be done via invoice, you will need to email us for the relevant information.

MOQ’s for shortfills, 30ml, 100ml and hackshots can be reached with any number of flavours. Nozzles are included for all hackshots ordered.
