DHL Express is our UK next day service with 3 sorts:

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Any claim of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Vape Kits & Hardware

Any vape hardware that is faulty in any way can be returned to us initially at your cost – we must first receive the goods to ascertain the fault ourselves before a full refund/replacement can be issued. If we agree to refund or replace the goods we will also cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

Faults may include (but not limited to):

  • Device misfiring
  • Physical damage (scratches, dents, & other considerable cosmetic issues) whether to the package or the hardware itself
  • Electrical faults preventing use entirely
  • Missing item(s)
  • Incorrect Item(s)


This includes any liquid product which is intended for use in E-Liquid whether flavouring, nicotine or VG/PG etc. If an issue is identified you may return the goods to us, again initially at your own cost (to be refunded in full once we agree there is an issue). Issues to such products may include (but not limited to):

  • Incorrect Item(s) received
  • Missing Item(s)
  • Insufficient liquid in bottle(s)
  • Characteristics out of the ordinary (flavour/viscosity/harshness (etc) different to previous experience)

Packing Your Return

Please ensure that the goods are secure and not likely to be damaged on return, ensuring sufficient packaging is used whether in a box or a padded jiffy envelope. In the interests of environmental impacts, you may use the packaging provided when you received the goods from us. Our packaging should also be used a guideline for the standards you should adhere to. Any extra costs implicated in the packaging of returned goods can also be refunded, provided sufficient evidence is given.
