A sweet Meringue flavour. This flavour tastes like opening the oven door on some freshly baked Pavlova’s that have a slight dark colour to the top, It’s truly delightful and brings back memories of Grandma’s baking. This is a reasonably strong flavour, start at 3% to 6%. Standalone recommendation is 8%+
for best results allow this flavour to steep for at least 6 weeks. This flavour will start to peak after 6 weeks in a suspension depending on what other flavours you have combined it with.
